I am getting this error message “Failed to get submissions uuids.” when I click on "open:, button against each audio submission. Whats wrong and any fixes?
I have over 500 records to be transcribed.
Welcome to the community, @moz265! Do you get this error message even when you refresh the page? Is it an issue with a single submission or is it an issue with all of your submission? BTW, would you also share with us the server you are using? This should help us replicate your issue at our end.
I have over 500 Submissions, some are working but a big number is showing this error. I am using https://kf.kobotoolbox.org. (None-humanitarian Server)
This appear despite refresh or even using a new web browser.
