Getting Server Error (500) on my Excel API

I am getting an error message when I try to load my excel API. can someone please help.

Welcome back to the community, @foluso_iwaloye12! Before executing this API, have you performed a manual download? Additionally, have you verified that your token is set up correctly?

The Token is set up correctly, and I can also download the data manally

The issues has not been resolved, i still get the below error message when i try to link the APN with my excel file
