I am reaching out to you for requesting your support in exporting and downloading dataset from global server account. There are 827 submissions. While exporting the server get stuck at processing and end up sowing “export failed”. Can anyone please help me to resolve this.
We are working for Government for this project and we need these data urgently for the report.

Try Downloading in this ways::
Download direct in excel/power bi : Data → Get Data → From Web
Or Download using API link.
Login on you kobo account and on the same browser open a new tab and paste this link

on the link change the bold part with you own form ID and then press enter; Now a page to download via api will open .
Press on get . now it will download or open an xml webpge. On your browser press CNRTL+S t0 save the page and then OPEN EXEL the saved xml with Excel.

Nice now its like we are getting there.. On your second sreenshot on the browser,
Sava the page as XML. or Press CNTRL+S to save that XML.
I can see the web page opened for the data but because the page is not responding neither right click and save nor ctrl+s works. Is there any other way to do this ?

Looks like the page is too big and eventually the browser cant handle. Can you try to on the web interface of kobo and try different file format. On the meantime am trying something. soon i will get back to you
From the browser here i can see the link (which you have hidden the form id). Now try to copy the link and put in download manager like IDM it will download the XML. i have tried on my data it worked

Error 404 “File not found”
appears when in the “Settings” section, under “Share via link,”
the “Everyone can view data submitted to this form” switch is turned off.
Set the status to enabled.
Error 404 will disappear and the data will be exported to Excel.
Hola @SerhilSerhilSerhilSerhil. ya intentaste hacer la descarga desde XLS (anterior/legacy) que hay en la zona de descargas?, a mi me paso lo mismo que indicas y nunca pude descargar, lo hice desde allí y funciono sin problemas e incluso un poco mas rapido, eso si, debes revisar la versión que te descarga y si ya venias trabajando con la descarga de excel homologar a la necesidad.
