Dear Community,

I apologize if this question has already been addressed, but I couldn’t find a clear answer that fits my situation.

I am from an Asian country and would like to know which KoboToolbox server is best for us. We are currently using the free version of Kobo and are deciding between the Global Server or the EU Server.

Could you please advise which server is more suitable for users from Asian countries?

@chhornsambo, KoboToolbox offers two public servers (viz. the Global Server and the EU Server) for maintaining KoboToolbox accounts. Both servers provide the same features and there is no difference between the two. The only difference between the two is the place where the servers are hosted. The Global Server is hosted in the US while the EU Server is hosted in Ireland. This is because some users have compliance where it should be an EU server while others demand a US server.

Hence, you could choose any of the servers for your project.
