Hello Now we need to share the projects between users, and they all have that permission, however the user to whom I share the project does not have the media tab, it is also possible to share this configuration or there is a solution so that another user can load csv files or images.
Welcome to the community @dhernandez! Could you kindly let us know the server (OCHA or HHI) the user is using which has not media tab.

But in the shared projects there are all the tabs except media.
Could you kindly share your username and the project name through a private message as outlined in the post discussed previously (would like to have a close look at my end):

Well, if you are the owner of the survey project you should be able to see the Media under the SETTINGS. But if you are not the owner but are just a recipient of the project being shared by the owner you should not be able to see the Media under the SETTINGS like the owner of the project sees.

Kal_Lam and there is some way for the shared user to access media and upload csv files to projects.
