Hello Now we need to share the projects between users, and they all have that permission, however the user to whom I share the project does not have the media tab, it is also possible to share this configuration or there is a solution so that another user can load csv files or images.

Well, if you are the owner of the survey project you should be able to see the Media under the SETTINGS. But if you are not the owner but are just a recipient of the project being shared by the owner you should not be able to see the Media under the SETTINGS like the owner of the project sees.
