Group survey downloading without photos or url

I have downloaded my survey (which includes groups), but the URLs aren’t downloading along with it. These two groups are affected (group_ut8ti82 and group_ic21io4q). The name of the Survey is “Residential/Commercial”. Hope to get the soonest reply. Here’s my Username: xxxxxx

Here are the screenshots of the downloaded XLS. The areas highlighted has no URL as it should be.
