Having Export Failed Issue

I also face the problem of downloading the data in xls from kf.kobotoolbox.org . What is the issue?

Welcome back to the community, @jmwamburi! Could you kindly let us know the total number of submissions you have for your project that are failing to download? Have you tried downloading your data in XLS (legacy) format to see if you have any issues downloading your data in that format?

Thanks @Kal_Lam I have 2 projects with 35 and 45 submissions each. I have attempted to download the data since 13th October 2024 but it fails to export. Is there a solution? XLS (legacy) doesn’t look nice
