Having issues with pull data

I also experienced the same thing, I tried to create a form to connect the project (parent form) and use the barcode along with the csv attachment, and the results when deployed show the results as above. csv file and form in xls I attach below.

@dedik2urniawan, I checked your CSV file and it’s not in the format that is supported by the system. It’s in the following format as shown in the image below:

You will need to convert this format to (as shown in the image below):
