[Help] select_one options showing in Kobocollect app, but not showing in web

Hi,

Can anyone help me to make the form work perfectly in the web view? The options in the select_one type questions are not showing. The xls and the media file is attached.

Welcome back to the community, @prosonno_hasda! Could you please provide the community with a screenshot of the question that fails to display the select_one option on the web?

Thanks for your response. All the select_one questions kept within repeat with field-list appearance are not displaying the options and there are multiple repeat sections with field-list appearance in the form. I conducted an isolation test by removing 3 sections at a time. The form worked well regardless which 3 I removed. However, adding 2 screenshots as example.
