Fomula for finding BMI

@hhfoffice, you could do it by adding an if-statement as shown in the image below: In the survey tab of your XLSForm: [Image 1] Data entry screen as seen in Enketo: [Image 2] Reference XLSForm: Calculate BMI.xlsx (9.2 KB)

In addition, you should also be able to use calculations as discussed in these previous posts.
