Hide question but save value

Hi all, I have a question, Is possibly hide a question but save its information? I load value in a question from a csv but I dont need user see the response, i want to know if is there an visible attribute for question, I dont want exclude the response just the user no see it.

If I use exclude logic to hide the response won´t saves
