How can I have multiple filters in a choice filter

I am a newbie to the Kobo toolbox and form building. I need your support in doing the following. In one of my forms, I have a select-only question (named grant) which gives 4 options: EOI 1, EOI 2, EOI 3, and EOI 4. Then I have another select-only question (named org) that gives a list of subgrantees based on what the user selects in the first question. This has the options of Org 1, Org 2, Org 3, Org 3, and Org 5 These two questions work fine.

I have a third select-one question (named as outcome). In this question, If the user select any one of EOI 1, EOI 2, or EOI 3 for the first select-one (grant) question, he/she should see outcomes D, E, F, G and H. At the same time, if the user select Org 1 in the 2nd question, he/she should see Outcome A, B, and C (outcomes D, E, F, G and H for any other organization other than org 1, in EOI 1 - 3). If the user selects EOI 4 in the grant select-one question, he should see Outcomes G, H and I. Similarly if the user select Org 1 in the org select-one question, he/she should see the Outcome A, B, and C there.

Since I am a beginner, it is very difficult for me to wrap my head around on this issue. I really appreciate any help or a lead to a help on this.

Thank you.

Thank you for this solution. I managed to work on most of it, but there is a small issue. See my survey sheet. If the user selects any one of EOI 1, EOI 2, or EOI 3, then he/she is supposed to select outcomes c,d,e, or f in the next question. This works fine. But also, if the user selects helvetas in the org question, he/she is supposed to only get the outcomes a,b,c in the outcomes question. But this is not working. even when the user selects helvetas, the user gets all the other outcome options in the outcome question. how can I prevent this from happening?
