How to activate kobo tool box account if the link sent to email address has already expired

My colleagues can’t activate their accounts because the link sent to their email has already been expired, can you help them? I am their support staff but I don’t know what to do.

  • Username
  • Email id registered with the username

We should then be able to activate your user account.

I am also have a problem that I can’t add a new user account. How to do my new account to active?

Did you mean you wish to activate your account or did you mean you are having login issues? Kindly please provide more details, if possible through a screenshot.
