My colleagues can’t activate their accounts because the link sent to their email has already been expired, can you help them? I am their support staff but I don’t know what to do.

We should then be able to activate your user account.

Did you mean you wish to activate your account or did you mean you are having login issues? Kindly please provide more details, if possible through a screenshot.
