How to allow edit submission for some record?

I have a enumerator/team leader ask to modify submission, I wondering if there a feature to allow the my enumerator to modify submission on certain specific record?

@sophearom, please be informed that the edit, delete, and validate permissions for row-level permissions are not available at the moment. However, this feature will soon be available with KoBoToolox. For details, you could follow the same in our other post:
