Welcome to the community, @ahmadfaqhruddin92! Maybe you could have a field that captures an email id. Store the list of email ids in a separate CSV file and upload them. Link those email ids stored in the CSV file with the email using the pull data function. Make a condition where the enumerators can proceed with the survey if the email id matches else; the enumerators cannot proceed with the survey adding a constraint.
