@gnd1, you could do this by adding 2 additional lines to the xlsform:

In the survey tab of your xlsform:

Data entry screen as seen in Enketo: when the total is below 100%

Data entry screen as seen in Enketo: when the total is above 100%

Data entry screen as seen in Enketo: when the total is equal to 100%
