@gnd1, you could do this by adding 2 additional lines to the xlsform: In the survey tab of your xlsform: [Image 1] Data entry screen as seen in Enketo: when the total is below 100% [Image 2] Data entry screen as seen in Enketo: when the total is above 100% [Image 3] Data entry screen as seen in Enketo: when the total is equal to 100% [Image 4] Reference xlsform: Hundred Percent.xlsx (10.7 KB)

@saadiah_ghazali, I have added 2 lines where the first line sums up the total and the second line flags the same if the sum does not reach 100%. [Image 0] So now, this is what you see while collecting data.
