Hi @wb_cjc, Please follows the steps as outlined below to download the data that is in the KoBoToolbox server using ODK Briefcase: Pull>Configure (configure the ODK Briefcase by setting the URL, User Name & Password). URL is https://kc.kobotoolbox.org/user_name if you are using the HHI server and https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info/user_name if you are using the OCHA server.
