How to filter a question from the previous

I have a question on age bracket which when asked then go to the similar question it filters out age bracket beyond the first question. Example below

Q1.
18-25=1
26-35=2
36-45=3

Q2.
18-25=1
26-35=2
36-45=3

If Q1=1, Q2=1
If Q1=2, Q2=1 and 2
If Q1=3, Q2=1 and 2 and 3
