How to filter matrix questions

Is it possible to display matrix questions on condition using filter? I have 3 organisations and each one of them have a set on indicators that they monitor?
When I select first organisation, I need the app to display all the indicators belonging to that organistion to be displayed in MATRIX form. The same should be for organisation 2 etc.

Please advise
