How to hide the choices in the next question that were selected in the previous question?

Hello all, I have two questions with same options to select one. First question is “What is your primary occupation” and second question is “What is your secondary occupation”. If option A is selected from the drop down for the first question, this option should not be available for next question. How to do it. Please help
