How to limit a maximum of 3 choices in a multiple select question?

Hi everyone!

I’m facing a difficulty in a multiple select question. How to select a maximum of 3 choices in a select_multiple question?

Second doubt - if the answer is No - end the questionnaire. e.g. Does the household have a toilet? 1. Yes and 2. No if the respondent answer No i want to end questionnaire and start a new one.
