How to obtain form without Username and without Password

Hola, quisiera que me apoyaran si hay alguna forma de poner obtener formularios en diferentes dispositivos sin tener que agregar el servidor y la contraseña solo usuando el link.

Si se puede hacer pórfavor agradeceria me compartieran como.

Welcome to the community! If you are using the OCHA server you will need to configure your KoBoCollect android app with the following setting under the General Settings>Server:

URL

https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info/user_name

And if you are using the HHI server you will need to configure your KoBoCollect android app with the following setting under the General Settings>Server:

URL

https://kc.kobotoolbox.org/user_name

Note: The user_name is your KoBoToolbox login user account.
