Welcome to the community! If you are using the OCHA server you will need to configure your KoBoCollect android app with the following setting under the General Settings>Server:

URL

https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info/user_name

And if you are using the HHI server you will need to configure your KoBoCollect android app with the following setting under the General Settings>Server:

URL

https://kc.kobotoolbox.org/user_name

Note: The user_name is your KoBoToolbox login user account.
