How to retrieve a Shortlink source?

Hello,

In my KoBo-Online-UI, I see the sharable form’s link ( KoboToolbox), but I can’t remember how I came to the following *short-link,* which apparently originates from kobotoolbox.

How do I please access the short-link ? / Where in the KoBo-Online-UI is this shortlink stored and accessible ?
