How to select multiple option and generate drop down list against multiple selected option

I want to create a form where I can select multiple option and it will generate multiple choice field according to my select. please let me know its’s possible or not.

Thank you so much. I am trying to understand the concept but i thing there is something wrong in my understanding. I built a XLS form where the 2nd part of my form is not working. Please check the attached file and let me know what I am missing.
