Hi everyone.
I have built and collected data using the kobo site.
When I retrieved the data, I’ve noticed that a select_multiple question’s responses are
separated with stars (*) or undercore ( _ ).
I don’t understand that and I would like to know if there is a way to set the separator to a semi-colon ( ; ) or a comma ( , ).

Welcome to the community, @DAGBEMAMBOU! The feature you are requesting is not supported by the system. You can only choose between the options that is available from under the DATA>Downloads>Advanced options as shown in the image below:
