How to show date in Note Field

Hi @Kal_Lam

I have a field of date which is formatted as month-year image
, i want to pick the data entered in note field but it is showing value in date format yyyy-mm-dd image

Where as i want that if i selected April -20 it should be shown as same month year format ( mmm-yy or mm-yyyy)

Please guide in this

In the survey tab of your xlsform:

Well, in this case, you could redesign your xlsform as shown in the image shared below:
