How to uploade a XML file

Dear Support team

I am trying to collect the data through the attached form, but showing an error notification. The XLS file and screenshot are attached here.
Beneficiary Name Check (Case Management).xlsx (9.4 KB)

I want to pull data from pre-loaded/pre-submitted data and stop the enumerator to avoid duplication. Is there any way to upload a server dataset and attached the dataset to the forms and form data published to the server dataset

Would please help me to figure out this.
