Description
When attempting to implement the survey in Kobottolbox, it generates a server error (500). After several attempts, the survey is implemented successfully. However, there is concern that this error may occur while surveys are loading. Two different networks and ISPs have been tested, and the issue persists.
Steps to Reproduce:
Log in to Kobottolbox.
Navigate to the survey implementation section.
Select the desired survey for implementation.

Welcome to the community, @Claired ! Have you validated your XLSForm through this online validator ? The online validator should help you identify syntax issues if any that are affecting the form deployment.
This post discussed previously should help you use the online validator.
@okware_256 , all you need to do is follow the steps outlined below:
Open online validator .
This screen appears as shared below:

There press Choose File and upload your XLSForm.
Once the XLSForm is uploaded there, press Submit.
As soon as you press Submit, you will see something as shown below:

Thank you for the response. Does the validator apply to forms built on the website?
I did not upload an excel file for this project.

@Claired , you could always test the XLSForm from the form that you built in the website to see if you have done anything wrong there.
