I am getting cell values in power bi report than TEXT (form uses cascading select)? How do i solve this

Dear Team/Guys,
i have used cascading select twice in one of my form.
after connecting it to Power BI, it shows cell values instead of text.

Is there a solution to this.

I wud appreciate if anyone extends a helping hand on this
