I am experiencing challenges downloading data from KoboToolbox, and I have read similar posts on the issue, but I haven’t found any solutions for a month now. The system says ‘Export Failed’. I have tried to refresh and validate the form using Online Validator. The form doesn’t have syntax errors, but the problem persists.

My form utilizes a non-humanitarian server, which contains 1,779 questions and 15,919 submissions, and is linked to Power BI.

Please help me solve this problem

@Kal_Lam My project is small. Currenly, there are only 16,000+ submissions. It was supposed to be downloading without any problem. My latest date to download was 02 May 2025. Can you check my XLForm if I share privately?

  2. Use Kobo API – Fetch data directly via API instead of export.
