My goal want to do is
Question: “Which policy do you recommend?” Options: Loan, Incentive, Subsidy, Equipment, Training Appear 3 times (Q1, Q2, Q3) Each time shows only 2 different options of 5 option. Example Q1. Which policy do you recommend? Option: Training, Loan Q2. Which policy do you recommend? Option: Equipment, Incentive Q3. Which policy do you recommend? Option Loan, subsidy. How to make it in excel?
