We double checked the URL, password and user name as per the article but still unable to get blank forms

Hi, I am having the same problem. We double checked the URL, password and user name as per the article but for some or our enumerators [image] still this error exist when they want to download a blank form, can you help us on this ASAP, as the data collection has to be started the soonest.
