Hi, I am having the same problem. We double checked the URL, password and user name as per the article but for some or our enumerators

still this error exist when they want to download a blank form, can you help us on this ASAP, as the data collection has to be started the soonest.

Welcome to the community, @Somaya11! Could you kindly share with us the screenshot of your app’s Settings>Server page so that we can understand how you have configured your app?

Sure, here you are. Now the form is downloaded but when we fill one and want to submit this errors come along. Would appreciate if you could help us ASAP.
