@mealo_mdo, have you validated your XLSForm through this online validator? The online validator should help you identify any syntax issues that are affecting the form deployment.

Unable to deploy Server error 500

@okware_256, all you need to do is follow the steps outlined below: Open online validator. This screen appears as shared below: [Image 1] There press Choose File and upload your XLSForm. Once the XLSForm is uploaded there, press Submit. As soon as you press Submit, you will see something as shown below: [Image 2] Now press Preview in browser.
