I can't access my kobo toolbox account!

Hello! I CAN´T get in to my kobo toolbox account. I tried changing my password and it opens an account with my name and NOTHING in it. I had like 5 deployed forms, and I need access ASAP :frowning:
A few weeks ago I changed my email, and my username, I don’t get the reset password e-mail to that one, only to the other one, and it opens the one with nothing in it.
I loaded the active form : https://ee.humanitarianresponse.info/x/#Kn6G57tI
So is there, somewhere. I need to open my account, the one hosting that form.

Hi @analucia_espinoza,

If you with to change the password for your user account, please send an email to support@kobotoolbox.org with the following information:

  1. Your KoBoToolbox user name
  2. Email ID that was registered with the KoBoToolbox user
  3. Server you are using (OCHA or HHI)

Please note: The email you sent should match the email that is registered with your KoBoToolbox user account.
