al guardar el archivo del kobo solo aparece una pagina del archivo y no deja imprimir tampoco el documento completo

cuando voy a guardar o imprimir un archivo solo guarda o imprime una pagina, tenemos este problema frecuentemente, ya lo reportamos pero no nos dan solución
