I created a file on kobo tool box and tried to assess it again but was denied assess. what do i do, please?
Welcome to the community, @Nomsy! Is it a login issue? There are two publicly hosted servers offered by KoboToolbox as outlined in the support article Which Server Should I Use?. Maybe it’s because you tried logging in through a different login link?
