Sir, I am having problem with my account. I did not login for couple of weeks and now I want to access my survey forms for data collection.
However, I am unable to login, I reset my password but still the same.

Please assist me. I want to go to the field for data collection.

Welcome to the community, @honnes! Have you tried reviewing the support article Resetting Passwords? It should be helpful.

Besides, kindly be informed that there are two servers (non-humanitarian and humanitarian) for KoBoToolbox. If you have an account on one of the servers and try to open your account through the link for the other server, you cannot log in. Thus you must log in with the correct link.

For an HHI account (non-humanitarian), try login through this link

For an OCHA account (humanitarian), try login through this link

If you still have login issues with the link provided above, please reach out (email) at support@kobotoolbox.org with the email that you registered for the user account with the following information:

  • Username
  • Server (HHI or OCHA)
  • Email ID (registered your KoBoToolbox user account)

You shall be assisted with resetting your KoBoToolbox account password.
