I want use kobotool box to collect the above information and automatically score itself when data is filled. Is it possible for routine data?

Hi @rauthere. Yes, it is possible to collect routine data to the same people. You can use our Dynamic Data Attachments — KoboToolbox documentation feature.
And yes, you can create a calculation using a Matrix question type.
