I have integrated a Pull Data system to automatically load data. the form works only on preview. Also, on Android devices using the KoboCollect application, unable to automatically load preloaded data when entering key ID

on device doesnt work, and the online survey doesnt work too

Welcome to the community, @ced_04! Kindly please be informed that the pull data only works when you input a matching code that will pull information from the CSV file. Else nothing will happen. I mean, you will need to enter something so the function will start making a search in the CSV file to pull you the match when found.
