We have a workaround discussed previously on designing a survey project that is able to use a cascading select question type within a matrix question type. Maybe this post discussed previously should help you solve your issue:

hi @Kal_Lam, i have few questions in matrix table, i need to ask the question to “groupmember” choices choices sheet.
My conditions are as
-There are 4 group leader (named as staff in survey table)
-Each group leader have 9 group. (named as group in survey table) “I have made logic to select the group after selecting the group leader name”
Now i need to ask 4 question to all member for the group selected.
