I just want know who deleted my projects

Unfortunately, i have the same issue but I just want know

  • Know who deleted?

  • When was it deleted?

  • Username: xxxxxxx

  • Project name: Cold chain equipment and other asset tracking

  • Server: Global KoboToolbox Server

Welcome to the community, @nphcdakobo! I did see 40 deleted projects under our system’s trash which I have restored it back to your account. Please be cautious when sharing your login credentials with other users.

By the way, you should also be able to track your account on who logged in from under the Account Settings>Security>Recent account activity.

Hello @Kal_Lam i have changed the password and i gave only our data manager and i have access to the Credentials and unfortunately some has deleted the form again.

  1. How can you help us restore?
  2. How can we separate the web password and phone user’s password ?
  3. Is there a way to have a trash before finally deleting.

We have forms with over 60,000+ submissions.

Please help
