I need to hide data collected under previous version of the form - how do I do that? Thanks

During the download of the data ? if so you can just unselect the tick as shown on the screenshot.

Otherwise you can explain where you want to hide

Thank you that is helpful, this is only when I download however. On the reports and table tabs in the dashboard is it possible to only select the current version of the form? Thanks

Well i dont see a button to do so.

You can do this but I DONT RECCOMEND
You can mark all the data from the form version you dont need and delete them. though this will delete the data permanently. The remainig data will display as per you wish . You will need to keep a backup before deleting

Again i dont reccomend you doing this though is a good way if there is data you dont need at all

@lornamwslade, maybe you can also link your KoboToolbox data with Excel by following this support article Connecting KoboToolbox to Microsoft Excel, and then filter your data in the Excel file as needed. So with this approach, you could still keep your data on the server.

Thanks Kai_Lam. I have found I can delete individual submissions on the server (by opening the entry on the data table and deleting) which I think is what I need!
