XPath error in repeated group: does not allow saving or submitting the form in KoBoCollect (offline)

Me pongo en contacto con ustedes para reportar un inconveniente recurrente con la visualización de archivos en la plataforma. Al revisar los registros el día de hoy, he notado que las imágenes correspondientes a un contrato específico no aparecen disponibles (adjunto captura de pantalla como referencia).
Debido a que esta situación se ha presentado en varias ocasiones anteriormente, agradecería me indicaran qué solución se puede implementar para asegurar la integridad de los archivos y evitar futuras pérdidas de información.

@wilson_mori, are you able to see those images under your DATA>Table View? Did you collect your data through the webform? I should be able to answer your query with the help of these two questions.
Buenos días estimado, no se puede visualizar las imágenes en DATOS>Vista de tabla ni en ninguna de las vistas, y si se recopilo los datos mediante el formulario web
@wilson_mori, if you are not able to see the image under the DATA>Table View, then please be informed that your images should have never reached the server.
This issue occurs when a submission involves uploading large images or a high volume of images to the server. In such cases, the images are divided across multiple OpenRosa POST requests. This means that while the submission XML may successfully go through on the first POST, connectivity issues could arise during the subsequent POSTs that handle the additional image attachments. Consequently, this could lead to the submission being recorded without successfully uploading the media attachments.
Estimados, sigo teniendo incidencias con el mismo error de forma recurrente. No me esta permitiendo descargar las imágenes

@wilson_mori, how are you trying to download your project images? Have you tried downloading it from under Project>DATA>Downloads>Media Attachments (ZIP)?
