I see many people have problem deploying the kobo in own server. I am having a problem too how do i solve this issue?

i am facing this issue? my server is AWS lighsail with 32 GB RAM, 8 vCPUs, 640 GB SSD and ubuntu 22.04. I don’t think this is low CPU/RAM computer? How do I solve this problem, I have looked into everything I cannot find anything to solve this?
