Hello,
We have a similar demand. How can we make a full copy with all submitted data from a project? We want to save the raw data and do data cleaning/editing only on the copy.

Kindly please be informed that this feature at the moment is not available with KoBoToolbox. There is already a feature request for the same. Maybe you could VOTE for the same to make it a reality:
