Best regards I would like you to help me link two formats to bring the data from one form to another. The purpose of the forms is to test for HIV and syphilis. The first form collects personal and demographic data such as names, surnames, identity document, sex, among others, and the second form collects the results of HIV and syphilis tests in which you must drag the name, surname and identity document of the first form. I was trying to do it in excel and then load it into the KOBO but I get an error that I can’t identify, if you could help me I would be grateful
